Use the shortest input path
For an existing file, drag it into the uploader. For a copied image, paste directly. For a new screenshot, capture and upload without first filing it on the desktop. PicFlow copies the selected URL, Markdown or HTML output after upload.
Name and organize for later
Links are easier to maintain when filenames describe the image rather than a random capture timestamp. Use project or article folders in your storage provider, avoid uploading secrets, and keep a predictable cleanup policy.
Verify before publishing
Paste the link into the real destination and confirm it loads in a private window. Check that the image is legible, that no private information is visible and that the URL does not depend on an expiring local session.
Best uses
This workflow is well suited to README screenshots, bug reports, product documentation and blog images. For sensitive material or access-controlled documents, use storage with appropriate permissions instead of a public link.
